Quick answer
What does new construction hvac from Opportunity AC include?
New Construction HVAC done right, the first time
On a new build, the HVAC contractor has to keep pace with the schedule and get it right the first time, because ducts and line sets end up behind drywall. We work with builders, general contractors and owners on new homes and additions across Sarasota and Manatee County, from rough-in through final startup.
Our new construction scope covers duct installation, boots and grilles, copper refrigerant line sets, and installation of the full system. We coordinate around the other trades, keep the job site clean, and do a full startup check before handing the system over.
Duct rough-in
Supply and return ducts laid out and installed to the plan.
Boots and grilles
Installed and set for a clean finish after drywall.
Copper line sets
Line sets run, brazed and pressure tested.
System install and startup
Equipment set, connected and started up with checks recorded.
On the job
Rooftop and high-rise equipment, set safely
Some jobs need a crane. We plan the lift, set the condenser on the roof and complete the line set, electrical and startup, so the system is running the same way it would on the ground.
We are a good fit for
- Custom homes and spec homes
- Home additions that need new ducts and capacity
- Builders who need a responsive HVAC sub
- Light commercial build-outs
