Preventive maintenance is the simplest way to keep a system reliable and catch small problems before they become a no-cooling call on a July weekend.
Our tune-up is hands-on, not a quick look. We test capacitors and contactors, measure refrigerant pressures and temperature split, flush and treat the condensate drain, inspect the evaporator and condenser coils, check the blower and the filter, and tighten electrical connections. You get a clear report of what we found and what, if anything, needs attention.
